Event Summary

"One day. 150 countries. Millions of volunteers." Celebrate World Clean Up Day by volunteering at Montgomery Bell State Park! Join millions of others in a worldwide event to help clean up the earth! Volunteers will be assisting Montgomery Bell in the removal of invasive plants, as well as various other clean up tasks. What better way to spend a Saturday than at a GORGEOUS state park, surrounded by nature, and volunteering to care for the earth? 

Water, snacks, and a boxed lunch will be provided. This volunteer event will be held rain or shine, so come prepared for the weather. Please wear sturdy, closed-toe shoes and appropriate clothes for a day of working outside. You may also wish to bring insect repellent and sunscreen. Tools will be provided, but if you have work gloves, lopper, hedge shears, etc. feel free to bring those items. 

This event is in partnership with the Friends of Montgomery Bell State Park, Eternal Returns, and Lightning 100. Registration is mandatory, so make sure you sign up HERE!
